Of course! It's set in the dry African heat.

There were camels around, but he wasn't on one. There were no elephants.

3. The first time we hear 'Aziz, light!', we see Luke Perry's character tallying up these reminders. How many were there at that point (including the current)?

I guess Aziz needed more sleep...

It was a triangle with circles at each point and lines bisecting each side. There were also some little spaceship-like details.

And he's supposed to be sketching the signs on the wall! Maybe the desert was getting to him, and he was fantasizing about large expanses of water.
