The voice over tells us this at the beginning. It was scheduled to be torn down the next and day and a kiosk put in its place, as it was the last one on the street that worked.

2. What does Stu do right before placing the phonecall to Pam?

Answer: Removes his wedding ring

He removes it before he calls Pam, the other woman he is interested in. He doesn't get to replace it until much later in the movie, when the caller tries to make him decide who gets shot, Pam or Kelly.

3. What type of pizza did the delivery guy attempt to deliver to the phone booth?

Answer: 1/2 pepperoni, 1/2 mushroom, extra crisp

Stu refused the pizza, and told the delivery guy to give it to a homeless guy around the block and an argument ensued. Later the pizza guy was found dead, and police belived he was the gunman.

When Stu's cell phone begins ringing, the caller tells him it is probably Kelly. The police believe the cell phone in Stu's pocket is a gun, so he is afraid to answer it. While it is still ringing, he spies Kelly talking with the police. This tells him it was the caller trying to trick him into getting shot by the police, by answering his phone.
