In this raunchy animated film, Salma Hayek voices Teresa, a taco shell who falls in love with Brenda Bunson (Kristen Wiig), a hot dog bun. Brenda's boyfriend is Frank (Seth Rogen), a hot dog. Most of the characters are items for sale in a grocery store where they believe they will be purchased and go to the great beyond.

However, a jar of mustard named Honey Mustard (Danny McBride) tells them that the people purchase them to eat them, not to free them from the grocery store.

Answer: In the Time of the Butterflies

In this 2001 film, Salma Hayek plays Minerva Mirabal, one of four daughters of Enrique Mirabal (Fernando Becerril). Her sisters are Patria (Lumi Cavazos), Dede (Pilar Padilla) and Mate (Mia Maestro). The Mirabals live in the Dominican Republic during the reign of dictator Rafael Trujillo (Edward James Olmos). Trujillo has taken in interest in Minerva, but she has no interest in him and would rather become a lawyer, which women are not allowed to do.

After rejecting Trujillo and falling in love with another man (who was forced into exile), Minerva slaps Trujillo. In retaliation, Trujillo orders the arrest of Enrique.

The Mirabal Sisters are real historical figures who were activists against Trujillo. All of them except Dede were assassinated on November 25, 1960. This film, however, is a mostly fictional story of their lives and is based on the book "In the Time of the Butterflies" by Julia Alvarez.

Answer: From Dusk Till Dawn

"From Dusk Till Dawn" is a 1996 film starring George Clooney as Seth Gecko, a bank robber and outlaw. Quentin Tarantino plays Seth's brother Richie. After killing a Texas Ranger, the Geckos hold a family hostage and demand they smuggle them across the border into Mexico.

After arriving at a bar in Mexico, the Geckos discover that everyone there is a vampire and a bloodbath follows. Salma Hayek plays Santanico Pandemonium, the Queen Vampire who masquerades as an exotic dancer.

Answer: The Faculty

"The Faculty" is a 1998 horror film centering on the events of Herrington High School and a group of students there. Elijah Wood stars as Casey Connor, the photographer for the school newspaper. Jordana Brewster is Delilah Profitt, the head cheerleader. Shawn Hatosy plays football player Stan while Josh Hartnett plays Zeke, a drug selling student. One day Casey finds some kind of odd creature and he turns it over to the teachers. Casey and Delilah then witness (in secret) some of the teachers force the creature into Nurse Harper (Salma Hayek).

This leads Casey to believe the creature was some kind of alien parasite and the teachers are all aliens.

Answer: Bandidas

"Bandidas" is a 2006 film starring Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruz as Sara Sandoval and Maria Alvarez. Sara and Maria come from different backgrounds, with Sara being the daughter of a rich man and Maria being the daughter of a poor farmer. After Sara's father is killed and Maria's is injured by Tyler Jackson (Dwight Yoakam), the women become Mexican Robin Hoods and rob banks to give the loot to the poor and others who were affected by the greed of Jackson.

Answer: Wild Wild West

"Wild Wild West" is a 1999 comedy western starring Will Smith and Kevin Kline as Captain James West and U.S. Marshal Artemus Gordon, respectively. West and Gordon are trying to hunt down former Confederate General McGrath (Ted Levine) and investigate why a number of prominent scientists have been disappearing. Salma Hayek plays Rita Escobar, a woman held captive in a New Orleans plantation. Rita is a saved by Gordon and explains that her father is among the missing scientists the men are looking for.

Answer: Fools Rush In

"Fools Rush In" is a 1997 romantic comedy starring Salma Hayek as Isabel Fuentas and Matthew Perry as Alex Whitman. Alex and Isabel are total opposites. She's wild and exciting while he is tame and uninteresting. The two have a one night fling that results in Isabel becoming pregnant. The two get married but their marriage is strained by their totally different lives and families.

Answer: Once Upon a Time in Mexico

"Once Upon a Time in Mexico" is a 2003 film starring Antonio Banderas as El Mariachi. Salma Hayek plays El Mariachi's wife, who along with their daughter, was killed by General and drug lord Emiliano Marquez (Gerardo Vigil). El Mariachi is then recruited to kill Marquez before Marquez can assassinate the President of Mexico.

Answer: After the Sunset

"After the Sunset" is a 2004 action film starring Pierce Brosnan as diamond thief Max Burdett and Salma Hayek as his accomplice Lola Cirillo. Max and Lola are seeking the Napoleon Diamonds. The third (of three) of these diamonds is located in the Bahamas, where Max and Lola travel to after stealing the second one.

They are trailed by Agent Stanley Lloyd (Woody Harrelson) whom they stole the second diamond from. However, while enjoying their lives in the Bahamas, Stan and Max become something of friends (though each still thinks of the other as an enemy) after Max treats Stan to a free vacation and luxuries.

Answer: Lonely Hearts

"Lonely Hearts" is a 2006 film that tells a somewhat fictionalized story of the Lonely Hearts Killers, a pair of serial killers who murdered at least twenty women in the late 1940s. Salma Hayek plays Martha Beck while Jared Leto plays her companion Raymond Fernandez. Fernandez and Beck would lure single women to them via personal ads and then murder them.

The duo are sought after by Detective Charles Hildebrandt (James Gandolfini) and Detective Elmer Robinson (John Travolta).
