The Manchester Monarchs, who were in first place in the AHLs Atlantic Division going into the all-star break, were the host team, and they had four representatives: Mathieu Garon and Mike Cammalleri on Team Canada, and Dustin Brown and Denis Grebeshkov on Team PlanetUSA. Also, Tom Kostopoulos and Yanick Lehoux, both on Manchester, were named to the Canada roster, but they could not participate due to injuries.
