Rizzuto was a Yankee broadcaster for many years, and he was known for his bloopers, for example the time he was introducing himself and forgot his own name! His nickname stood for his quickness at shortstop.

Harry "The Cat" Brecheen pitched for the Cards in the forties and early fifties, then had his last gasp with the crosstown Browns in 1953. He was lithe and graceful on the mound.
