In how many of those games did one or both of the opening batsmen score 10 runs or less?

Answer: 18

Out of those 18 matches where at least on of the batsmen failed to get over 10 runs, there were five cases where at least one batsman went out for a duck. The lowest point was against India, where both Graeme Smith and Loots Bosman went out for a duck.
