Answer: Jarrko Varvio

Varvio went 34th overall and then the Stars chose Jeff Bes with their second pick (3rd round, 58th overall) before getting to Lehtinen.

Ott hails from Summerside, PEI and played jr. hockey with the OHL's Windsor Spitfires.
