West Bromwich Albion were founder members of the Football League, and finished the 1888-89 season in sixthth place of the 12 teams.

Answer: Coopers Hill

Coopers Hill was West Brom's first ground from 1878-79. Dartmouth Park was used between 1879-81, and Bunns Field until 1882. Four Acres was the club's home between 1882-85. West Brom also played at Stoney Lane between 1885-1900, before moving into the Hawthorns.
3. Who was the club's first manager in their history?

Answer: Louis Ford

Ford was the club's manager between 1890-92, and Jackson from 1892-94. Stephenson had one year in charge, followed by Keys between 1895-96. Other West Brom managers over the years have included Don Howe, Gary Megson, Bryan Robson, and Osvaldo Ardiles.
