He has also been credited with directing episodes for the TV series', "Law and Order: Criminal Intent", "Lipstick Jungle", and "30 Rock."

The staff was hoping that certain activist measures they had undertaken, over the past couple of weeks, would bode well with the American people and increase their approval ratings. However, the news of Sam sleeping with a call girl started to become more known, to the public, and The White House was afraid this would affect the overall ratings.

It turned out that they got a boost in the polls.

The call girl that Sam slept with, Laurie, was graduating from law school and he was afraid that showing up to her graduation would stir up controversy so he decided not to go. After the graduation ceremony, Sam went to see Laurie and he gave her a present and the two hugged.

A photographer caught the hug on film and it was revealed that Laurie's friend was paid off, by the photographer, to get Sam and Laurie in a position where they could be photographed together.
