Pate, born on February 26th, 1920 in Drummoyne, New South Wales, Australia, was cast as Second Hand Three in this episode. He played the part for two episodes. He has also guest starred on the TV series' "The Wild Wild West", "Mission: Impossible" and "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea".
