Kate leaves Aaron with Sun. Sun reassures Kate by saying, "Don't worry about us, Kate. There's candy in the mini-bar and a hundred channels on TV. We're going to be just fine here." A delivery man arrives at the door and says, "Delivery for you, Ms. Kwon." Sun opens the package, revealing photographs and a gun concealed beneath the chocolates.

Answer: Charlotte

Charlotte is experiencing the same symptoms as others suffering from the travel. However, now she is seriously ill and everyone is concerned. Daniel is hesitant to explain why she is ill. He suggests that it is tantamount to "jet lag." Juliet replies, "Really bad jet lag doesn't make you hemorrhage, Daniel. You wanna tell me why it isn't happening to the rest of us?" Daniel says that he doesn't know, but is thankful that it is not happening to the rest of them.

Answer: "No."

Kate says, "Yeah. I'm here to offer you a deal. I'll give you the blood samples, but first, I wanna talk to your client. Considering what you're asking for, that's more than reasonable." Mr Norton says, "Well, I am, uh, seeing my client later today, and I will be sure to pass along your offer.

But I am pretty sure of what the answer's gonna be... no. And the reason, of course, is that you're in no position to be making any kind of deals, and we both know it. I have a signed court order compelling you to let us confirm that you're the child's mother. I could send the sheriff over there today and make you do it, but my client insists that we... handle the exchange of custody quietly."

Answer: The Orchid station

Locke tells Sawyer, "We have to go back to the Orchid." Sawyer objects, but Locke replies, "The Orchid. That's where all this started. Maybe it's where it'll all stop." Sawyer wants to know if Locke really knows what to do, once they get to the Orchid. Locke says, "No, not exactly at all, but I know that Ben used it to leave the Island. And if I can do the same thing, I believe I can save us."

Answer: He is attacked by an unknown assailant.

Jack is summoned by Dr. Ariza, the head of clinical services. She chastises Jack for the impropriety of administering services to a patient while under suspension. A man enters Sayid's room purporting to give Sayid medication. As always, Sayid is vigilant and overpowers his assailant. He discovers the source of the address, which happens to be Kate's address.

Answer: Claire and Kate delivering Aaron.

Sawyer observes Kate assisting Claire with the delivery of her baby. Kate tells Claire, "You're not alone in this. We are all here for you. This baby is all of ours. But I need you to push. Okay?" It's quite a poignant moment for Sawyer.

Answer: Miles

Miles is suffering from a nosebleed, too. He says, "Doesn't make any sense. Those yahoos have been here for months. I've never been here before two weeks ago." Daniel is somewhat skeptical and says, "I don't know. Uh, I think it might have something to do with duration of exposure. You know, the amount of time you've spent on the island." Daniel wonders how much time Miles has really been on the island.

Answer: " I take that back! "

The transition occurs, but they are seemingly in a more desperate position. The party is in the midst of a heavy storm. Sawyer declares, "I take that back!" Locke continues, "Everybody, paddle! Head for the shore!"

Answer: Mr. Norton is Ben's lawyer.

Ben is seeking to rescue Hugo from prison. He engages the services of Mr. Norton. Mr. Norton tells Ben, "I looked into it, and they don't have any kind of solid case against Reyes. The M.E. said that the man found outside Santa Rosa was killed before Reyes escaped." Ben is apparently on very good terms with Mr. Norton, whom he familiarly calls "Dan."

Answer: Jin

Jin is found alive floating in the water. Surprisingly, the woman who is most kindly to Jin is, in fact, Rousseau. She tells Jin her name. "Hello, Jin. I'm Danielle. Danielle Rousseau."
