8.2 "Tech Support" Trivia Quiz

The episode began with Beavis and Butt-head walking out by a field where Butt-head mentioned them recently departing a drive in theater. He stated how much he loved being at abandoned drive in theaters since nobody was present. Beavis agreed with him that abandoned drive in theaters ruled.

The duo immediately took a seat and then Butt-head came up with the idea to look up some adult content. Beavis attempted to access such a site, as did Butt-head, but both were unsuccessful.

He also whined over having to be transferred from one person to another, a process he deemed tedious. The irate customer told Butt-head he did not wish to explain his grievance once more.

Butt-head ended his call with the angry customer and complimented how awesome the job duties were to him. The gentleman in the cubicle with both boys mentioned his name on the phone as being Hamid. Once again, Hamid took a call from another frustrated customer who waited too long for help.

Hamid noticed that the caller he had on the line resided in Biloxi, Mississippi. He tried to settle the customer down by asking him how the weather was in his area. The man simply did not care to discuss the weather with him so Hamid told him he understood his anger and said he would help him as best as possible.

Beavis took a call from a female who asked him how to shut off AutoComplete since she claimed to no longer require it. Beavis then impersonated Hamid's accent while he informed her that he grasped her frustration over the issue. He then told her to unplug her computer since that should help.

The woman responded to Beavis how she did not understand how unplugging her computer would help in disabling AutoComplete. Beavis then repeated Hamid's question to a previous client when he asked her about conditions in Biloxi. She responded about not knowing its weather as she lived in Cleveland.
