Angel traced the license plate of the green 1976 Chevy Nova that almost hit Rebecca Lowell and determined it had been reported stolen.

This was the 2nd time Michael Mantell appeared on "Angel" as the character Oliver Simon. He approached Angel at a party in the pilot episode ("City Of . . .") and gave Angel his business card, believing Angel to be an actor.
