Jack Bourdain was a highly respected chef, until he burnt down the restaurant he used to work in. Now he has been given a second chance at Nolita.

Answer: Nolita

Nolita is owned by Pino (played by Frank Langella), who needed a new chef after he strangled his old one.

The episode revolves around Nolita's first few days as a new restaurant in New York. Some of the mishaps that occur include Steven (played by Owain Yeoman) getting the tip of his finger cut off by Teddy (played by John Cho) and a food critic (played by Betty Schram) ends up almost eating it.

After the war started, Michel began dating the head waitress, Mimi (played by Bonnie Somerville), and in retaliation, Jack stole Michel's breadmaker.
