Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Who is the leader of the Get Along Gang?

Answer: Montgomery Moose

Montgomery was the most calm, level-headed one of them all, although he was a bit clumsy at times and always getting his antlers stuck in things (like trees). "The Get Along Gang" was created by the American Greetings Company, which also created "Strawberry Shortcake".
2. Who was the smartest of the group?

Answer: Dotty Dog

She was always working on inventions and wore a cheerleading outfit which was fitting due to the fact that she was always cheering the gang on. The gang deemed her as the "second in command" when Montgomery wasn't around.
3. Who was the baby of the group?

Answer: Portia Porcupine

She was the littlest and the most sensitive, but that didn't stop her from asking lots of questions, like most kids do. Also, like most kids she tended to throw tantrums when she got frustrated, so the gang always tried to take care of her.
4. Who was the most athletic?

Answer: Zipper Cat

Zipper acted like a tough guy around strangers but was very gentle and friendly towards the gang. He liked solitary sports the best, especially running, because no matter how tough he acted, he didn't like face to face competition.
5. Who was known for his tendency to make bets?

Answer: Bingo Beaver

Bingo's nickname was Bingo "Bet-It-All" Beaver. Sometimes his betting got him into big trouble - he'd almost lost the clubhouse a couple of times in his bets with Catchum Crocodile.
6. Who was most concerned with their appearance?

Answer: Woolma Lamb

Woolma was always fluffing up her wool and was the "prima" ballerina of Green Meadow. Maybe part of that was due to her talent and part was due to the fact that she was the only ballerina in town.
7. Which gang member wore glasses?

Answer: Braker Turtle

Despite his nerdish appearance, Braker was a fast runner (a bit ironic considering he was a turtle) and was the town paperboy.
8. Who was the main antagonist of the group?

Answer: Catchum Crocodile

Catchum was a mean bully who was always picking on the gang and had a greedy side to him, which is why he was always making bets with Bingo. He was forever trying to steal the gang's clubhouse partly because he was mean and partly because he thought it was better than his own hangout.
9. The enemy of the group had a sidekick. What was his name?

Answer: Leland Lizard

Leland was your typical dopey sidekick, but he wasn't as dumb as everyone thought. Catchum thought Leland was lazy, but when it came down to doing the dirty work, Leland did most of it.
10. Who was the owner of the local ice cream shoppe?

Answer: Mr. Hoofnagel

Mr. Hoofnagel was an older goat and was very cheap. His shop was called Hoofnagel's Ice Cream Emporium, and even though he was on a bit on the cranky side, the gang liked to hang out in his shop.
