Answer: a planetarium

Abby and her boyfriend are sitting in a planetarium. They are not particularly enthused about the lecture and happen to be imbibing vodka. Without warning, Abby goes blank and begins to expel bloody liquid from her mouth. Her boyfriend promptly calls for help.

Answer: "Would you mind at least putting a napkin under your jelly toast?"

House is preoccupied with his breakfast. He has strewn fruit, toast and a newspaper over the couch. Wilson urges House to at least put a napkin under his toast. Their is a great dearth of furniture in the condo. House challenges Wilson to properly furnish the condo since as House astutely notes, Wilson has never furnished an apartment or home before. House issues the challenge, "Buy some furniture or admit that you're empty inside."

Answer: "And, there's no sign of trauma."

Chase wonders aloud how House could know that there was no trauma involvement. House exhibits his extraordinary powers of deductive reasoning and astonishingly reveals a great deal of information about the case purportedly without ever having seen the case file.

Answer: They don't ever do anything together anymore.

Taub's wife insists that they are arguing because, "We don't ever do anything together, anymore." Unfortunately for Taub, he doesn't have an adequate response to this allegation. He saunters off to work preoccupied with the argument with his wife.

Answer: a full-body scan

After a veritable myriad of suggestions are offered by the team, Foreman says, "We could do a full-body scan." House replies, "We hate full-body scans." Foreman counters that letting a patient die without knowledge of their diagnosis is worse. Hence, House orders the full-body scan.

Answer: "It's a black hole."

While undergoing an intensive diagnostic procedure, Abby experiences a powerful hallucination in which she imagines herself to be drawn by the tremendous force of gravity into a black hole.

Answer: Taub is sending text messages to his wife.

In an attempt to maintain communication with his wife, Taub sends her a text message during a meeting. Taub sends a message asking what she is doing. His wife types, "groceries." However, the content of the text messages become risque in nature. House has commandeered Taub's phone and begins sending suggestive messages to Taub's wife.

Answer: cognitive pattern recognition

House proposes the use of an experimental technique referred to as cognitive pattern recognition. Foreman opposes the idea based on the fact that it is many years from being tested as a valid diagnostic procedure. Nevertheless, House wins the argument and the procedure is applied.

Answer: Abby's boyfriend's father

Based on the results of the unusual diagnostic exam, coupled with the travel history of Nick's father, House rightfully concludes that the parasite was transmitted to Abby through sexual contact and the remaining shell of the parasite resulted in a hypersensitive allergic reaction. Nick's father ruefully admits to the event.

Answer: It's a magnificent electronic organ.

As House observes the elaborate interior design, he chastises Wilson for not having selected the furniture himself. Suddenly, House spots a piece of furniture draped in cloth. He uncovers the cloth to reveal a splendid electronic organ worthy of an accomplished musician. House is extremely pleased. He announces to Wilson. He says, "The decorator didn't pick this." Wilson responds, "You're going to have buy your own cape." House plays a few rifts on the organ, turns around and says, "I like what this says about you, Wilson."
