House's patient was a school teacher who felt dizzy and then collapsed in her schoolroom. She was later diagnosed with Neurocysticercosis, a fairly rare neurological condition.

Answer: No

Neither of the patients parents were his real parents, but neither of them bothered to tell House, which made it very difficult to diagnose the teen.
