Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. She was the object of young Henry's puppy love.

Answer: Lydia

To save Alden and Luke, Lydia chose to return to her mother. Henry followed her and was captured by the Whisperers. Alpha demanded her daughter kill him, but they escaped and ran away together instead. After Henry died, Daryl took Lydia under his wing.
2. She was Rick's short-lived, blonde Alexandrian girlfriend.

Answer: Jesse

Rick was drawn to Jesse Anderson, who was married to the abusive town surgeon, Pete. Rick and Jesse shared a kiss, but Jesse was not long after torn apart by walkers, and Rick soon moved on to Michonne.
3. Bob Stookey was sweet on her.

Answer: Sasha

Bob and Sasha developed a relationship after the collapse of the prison. He told her he always thought she was both the sweetest and the toughest of the group. Unfortunately, Bob was bit by a walker. He kept the fact secret, until he was captured by the Hunters, who proceed to eat his leg, at which point he told them they were eating "tainted meat."
4. She was one of Negan's wives and had to watch him burn the face of her ex-boyfriend Mark.

Answer: Amber

Negan burned Mark with an iron because Amber "cheated" on him with her own boyfriend after Negan took her as one of his wives. Amber became one of Negan's wives because her mother needed medication and was unable to work. She wanted Eugene to help her commit suicide.
5. This man calls Carol his "best friend," once searched for her lost daughter, looks out for her, and became part of her life in season one.

Answer: Daryl

Though Daryl and Carol are not lovers in the traditional sense (or at least not as of the end of season nine), they're included in this quiz for their unique, deep friendship. Their friendship is the longest standing relationships on "The Walking Dead." It began to form in season 2, when Daryl searched for Carol's daughter Sophia.

He brought her a Cherokee rose to comfort her in her grief, and she brought him dinner when he was wounded and told him that he was "every bit as good" as Rick and Shane.

Their friendship continued to grow over the following seasons, and Carol told her adopted son Henry that Daryl was her "best friend." In the season 10 premier, Daryl referred to Carol as his "best friend," and she teasingly suggested they make friendship bracelets.
6. Frankie and Tanya were two of his wives.

Answer: Negan

Negan maintained a harem of wives at The Sanctuary. They were women who "chose" to become his wives in order to avoid extremely dangerous jobs or to protect their families. When the Saviors were defeated, Frankie became a member of the community at Alexandria and adopted a daughter. Frankie and Tanya were the two wives that visited Eugene to ask him to help another one of Negan's wives, Amber, commit suicide.
7. He was Carol's abusive first husband.

Answer: Ed

Carol once left Ed and went to a battered women's shelter, but she soon returned to him. She later spent a night in that same shelter with Daryl, while the two were searching for the missing Beth.
8. Earl Sutton, who once attacked Maggie, was married to this Hilltop woman.

Answer: Tammy Rose

Earl, upset over the death of his son, drunk, and questioning Maggie's leadership skills, attacked her. He spent some time in a jail cell as punishment, but was eventually forgiven. Tammy eventually ended up with her head on a pike to mark Alpha's borders.
9. Tyreese was interested in this woman, whom Carol killed.

Answer: Karen

Tyreese developed a short romantic relationship with Karen, but when she fell ill, Carol killed her, along with David, and burned the bodies to keep the sickness from spreading throughout the prison. For this act, Carol was banished by Rick.
10. Tobin dated this woman, who left him and Alexandria with nothing but a "Dear John" letter.

Answer: Carol

Tobin was the construction foreman in Alexandria. He and Carol developed a brief romantic relationship, and the audience saw them kiss on screen. Carol appeared to be living with him at his house. However, after the incident with the Wolves, Carol felt the need to go off on her own to avoid having to kill to protect those she loved.

She left Tobin a farewell letter and headed off. She eventually ended up in the Kingdom.
