Joely Richardson (Julia) lost a $100 bet to Campos over the Carver's identity. She couldn't believe he was the Carver. Bruno Campos supposedly framed the check.

Answer: Matt

Christian (his condom was found at the crime scene), Quentin (he was not seen at Kimber's wedding, and has access to paralyzing agents, etc.), Liz (her signature was found on receipt for the paralyzing agent).
