Charlie Bowman is played by Jacob Buster. He is separated form his family during the Arrival when the walls come down, and Will eventually brings him home over the wall. Later, however, Charlie is killed when a resistance camp disintegrates through internal conflict and is wiped out by the IGA.

This Homeland Security agent, played by Kathleen Rose Perkins, is a willing collaborator who mines information about the insurgency that caused her fiancé's death. She spies on her co-worker Will through video cameras in his house. She eventually deletes the footage to protect him, however.

She's demoted from her position and depressed over her friendless existence, and it is implied she may have committed suicide, though her fate is ultimately unknown.

Eric Broussard is played by Tory Kittles. The character is also a former CIA paramilitary operator and private military contractor. He recruits Katie Bowman to his cause, unbeknownst to her husband.

Sarah Wayne Callies, who played Lori Grimes in "The Walking Dead," stars as Katie Bowman, wife of Will Bowman. She owns a New Orleans themed bar called the "Yonk" and initially keeps her involvement in the resistance secret from her husband.

Snyder, played by Peter Jacobson, is a former weaselly purchasing manager for a small community college who is selected by a misapplied algorithm for his position as proxy governor. He is later demoted to the position of warden of a labor camp. He ends up infiltrating the Bowman family and helping them to escape the bloc to get them to lead him to a captured RAP, which results in his eventual promotion within the collaboration government.

Played by Amanda Righetti, Maddie uses her charms and shrewdness to become a close personal assistant to Charlotte Burgess, wife of an official (Nolan Burgess) in the Green Zone. Maddie and Nolan orchestrate Charlotte's arrest, and Maddie moves in to become the live-in lover of Nolan, who serves as vice proxy. Eventually, however, she is betrayed by Nolan, who has her arrested.

She finds her way to an evacuation center when "total rendition" of the Los Angeles bloc is declared and most likely ends up sent to the factory, though her fate is unclear.

Answer: Beau Miller

Played by Carl Weathers, Bolton "Beau" Miller is a retired San Francisco PD officer who is recruited to work for Homeland Security after the Arrival. He tries to keep his head down and get along while avoiding doing too much work for the occupation. Will eventually helps him to escape through the wall.

His fate is still unknown at the end of season three, and the show was not renewed for a fourth season.

Played by Ally Walker, Helena Goldwyn is a political operative within the collaboration government. As a senior member of the transitional authority, she has direct contact with the alien hosts. She becomes Governor General of the L.A. colony and later chief minister of the Pacific cost.

She recruits Alan Snyder to her side and makes him proxy governor of the Seattle bloc, but she ends up dead by the end of season three.
