Paul is, very creepily, mind you, stroking Megan's face and asking her if she slept all right while in the same breath telling the others that she needs to be killed and he'll make breakfast, asking if pancakes would be all right. Emma is clearly upset of not being in control of the situation and Jacob looks like his conscience is getting the better of him. Joey, luckily, doesn't know that Megan is tied up in the basement.

Jacob's 'dirty little secret' is that he's never killed anybody, and only Paul and Joe Carroll know about it. Emma, when she's told, seems both surprised and betrayed, after all, their little cult is a cult of killers and now Jacob lacks the one main thing that makes him fit in. Paul has been loyal all of these years and had not revealed Jacob's past, but, with Megan in the basement, he wants Jacob to step up and take a knife to her.

Jenny is Ryan Hardy's sister, one that cares for him and helped him through at least one drunken binge night in his life, as we learn from a flashback dated to 2009. Ryan is busy at the FBI command center and he misses several calls from Jenny before he has the opportunity to pick up his phone.

Maggie Schuller was wanted in Arkansas for six murders that were all tied to her, but, since Maggie was never caught, none of the murders were ever solved. Maggie was also seen going into the jail to visit Joe Carroll, but, obviously, under an assumed name (just like the rest of Joe's followers - something the FBI should have picked up on long ago). Joe Carroll obviously was impressed with her, so, why are the FBI so surprised that he recruited her?

Jenny owns a restaurant and obviously Ryan Hardy knows exactly where it is. Telling Ryan Hardy to come alone and giving him a clue that's food-related tells Ryan exactly where Maggie is holding Jenny, but he can conceal this from the rest of the FBI team. Ryan takes some personal time to start his trip to Brooklyn.

Answer: Weston

Parker suspects that Ryan Hardy is going off to do something related to the Joe Carroll cult when he asks for some personal time, and she sends Agent Weston to follow Ryan. When Weston, who's smarter than anybody gives him credit for, asks Ryan if he's going to Brooklyn (where Jenny lives), Hardy gets upset and asks if Parker knows.

When Weston says no, and asks to accompany Hardy, Ryan has no choice but to agree.

Ryan Hardy and Mike Weston pull up to the restaurant and Hardy goes in, but not before telling Mike to go through the side entrance and to look out for Jenny's safety above all. When Ryan goes in, he sees a chair in the center of a room with a blindfold on it and a note telling him to put it on. Knowing that there's a crazed killer in the same place, he, amazingly, complies.

Maggie ties down Ryan Hardy and duct tapes a battery and some powerful magnets to his chest. She says that the magnets will stop the pacemaker and slowly (but painfully) kill Ryan Hardy, and it's not her killing Ryan because it was Joe who stabbed Ryan in the first place and because of that, the pacemaker was installed. Sure Maggie, whatever helps you sleep at night.

Jacob, feeling guilty and unable to get it together and kill Megan, lets her go. Out of the basement there's only one entrance, and Megan has to go up the stairs. Emma is distracted at that moment, watching television (basking in her new-found fame), but she hears Megan leaving the house and sets off in pursuit of her, as does Paul.

Emma and Paul, having bonded over recapturing Megan and stabbing her in the stomach, get into the shower together to get the dirt and blood off of them. When Jacob sees the two of them in the shower together, they both reach out to him and tell him that they're not giving up on him.
