In the beginning of the episode, Jerry is surprised with George because despite the "Breakfast at Tiffany's" incident in the previous episode, "The Couch", George is still dating Lindsay. Later, Kramer comes in looking for a hammer in order to hang his new 3-D art. He doesn't actually have the art yet because Elaine is having it framed for Kramer.

Jerry is dating a Romanian gymnast named Katya. He tells this to Kramer because he discovered that she won a silver medal in the competition. After Kramer leaves the apartment, George comes out of the bathroom buttoning up his shirt. Jerry and Kramer see this and ask him what it's all about and he explains that he always takes his shirt off in the bathroom.

Elaine is working at her desk when Mr. Pitt brings her a report for the Poland Creek bottled water company. Her tells her not to use fountain pens because they smear, so she tosses it into her bag and uses a pencil. After this, Kramer comes in and unwraps his picture.

He looks at it and Mr. Pitt comes in. Kramer soon has a pain in his stomach and needs to visit the doctor, so he leaves the painting in the hands of Mr. Pitt.

After making a good impression on Lindsay's family, George offered to take the dirty dishes into the kitchen to clean up. When he opened the trash, he found an éclair with a single bite taken out of it still laying on its wrapper. Since no one was watching, he took it out and took a bite. Unfortunately, that was the moment that Lindsay's mother walked into the kitchen.

At Mr. Pitt's office, Elaine finds the image in the 3-D picture and Mr. Pitt continues to search. They get a call about the bottled water merger meeting and Mr. Pitt tells Elaine to go for him so that he can find the image in the picture. The executives tell Elaine that the new company is going to be called Moland Springs and Elaine finds it to be stupid.

After coming back from the doctor's, Kramer tells Jerry and George that he has a kidney stone. George later tries to explain himself to Lindsay and gets a second chance. Jerry on the other hand thinks that George has crossed the line between man and bum by eating the trash.

Answer: Coffee

George goes out of a florists with some coffee and takes a sip of it. He is disgusted and throws the drink onto a car windshield with the driver still inside. He offers to clean it up and gets some newspaper to wipe it off. Once again, George is unlucky, because at that moment, Lindsay's mother was walking by, and she saw him wiping a windshield with newspaper with a styrofoam cup in his hand. George once again has to explain himself and he gets a third chance.

Answer: Clowns

Jerry is forced to go to the circus in order to be with Katya because her old Olympic friend is working for them. Jerry forced Kramer to come along because he got Jerry into the mess despite the fact that Kramer still has his kidney stones. Meanwhile, Mr. Pitt finally thinks he sees something in the picture.

Answer: Misha

While Kramer runs off to get away from the clowns, Jerry is introduced to Katya's friend, Misha, who is now a tightrope walker. Meanwhile, Elaine gets more info on the merger and Mr. Pitt needs to go to the meeting. She reaches into her bag for the report, but her hands get covered in ink from the fountain pen that she tossed into it. Elaine breaks the 3-D picture and accidentally gets some ink onto Mr. Pitt's face when she gets him out of the office.

At the circus, Kramer manages to pass the kidney stone, but his screams are heard throughout the circus and Misha falls off the tightrope. In the end, Jerry and Katya split up and Mr. Pitt ends up looking like Hitler at his meeting. Meanwhile, George is mesmerized by a 3-D Picture at Lindsay's mother's house and forgets to put his shirt back on in the bathroom.
