And who better than the 4077's own Christian Dior to supply the doctors with sewing materials? I think I only heard Margaret mention sewing on a button (for her father) in one episode throughout the whole series, but Klinger was always making new clothes.

Colonel Potter was agitated to find that they received nothing that they needed during a winter in Korea, and everything they did receive was useless.

Poor Charles was still getting used to practicing medicine under adverse conditions.
