The game starts in Autumn and ends in Summer in Chapter 1 and 2. The reason for this answer is because the first event is Halloween and the days are shorter and the nights are longer. Christmas is next in Chapter 3 following with Spring in Chapter 4 and 5. Finally, the game ends in Endless Summer (having not reached 1 year yet).

2. Can you find any "Kick Me!" signs on lockers?

Answer: Yes

There is only one locker in school that has a "Kick Me!" sign. It might be Pedro's locker though.

3. Jimmy has a total of 5 girlfriends but there is one girl that Jimmy loves most. Who is that girl?

Zoe Taylor is Jimmy's true crush. After the game ends, Jimmy is seen kissing Zoe. The other girlfriends include Beatrice Trudeau, Pinky Gauthier, Lola Lombardi and Mandy Wiles.

Constantinos is one of the No-clique students. Constantinos has black hair and wears a dark-green uniform. Vance is the only Greaser that is bisexual. Algernon or Algie is a Nerd. He has a weak bladder. Mandy is the only female Jock. Mandy is the head cheerleader. You can have Mandy as a girlfriend after you completed the mission "Discretion Assured".
