You have to steal from or kill Dave to get the key to the safe in his office. Dogmeat or a companion can sometimes get the gun without having the key.

The Deathclaw Gauntlet has a high critical as well so it cuts through Enclave like butter. Have fun hunting Deathclaws for their hands!

Jamie's descent into ghoulism is interesting to listen to on the holotapes. You also fight him when you find him.

25% more damage helps, but deactivating them is even better. It's very helpful versus Sentry Bots.

It is available only if you talk to him and complete the "Those" mission following his instructions. You can also take Ant Sight to raise your Perception.

Its a pretty good fight between them. The fight goes on throughout the building.

You can reach the Wasteland door, but its locked. You have to deal with some snotty kids in order to gain entrance.
