15 Tough Questions about Chrono Cross

Answer: Serge

Serge is the answer. Serge is the main character. Surge is also my favorite soda and it's hard to find it where I live, so I don't drink it very often. Surge is a citrus drink. Sort of like a mixture of Mountian Dew, Sprite, Mellow Yellow, and Sunkist.

Answer: Right hand

He's right handed. Like me, most people are dominantly right-handed. It's a pain for lefties because at most schools, there aren't any special desks with the arm rests on the left side. Nikki's character design is very original though. That's what makes him one of my favorites. You don't see a bishonen ('pretty boy' in Japanese) dress in a sort of rock/goth get-up with make up and to use a guitar as a weapon. That's why he's one of my favourite characters.

Answer: Poshul

Poshul is so adorable. I love the 'DoggyDunnit' technical skill. It looks like sand from a litter box. Poshul is the first character, of course after Serge, whom you can recruit. Since you have no real limit on which characters you can recruit, unlike in some games, I'd give you the advice of recruiting the big ball of pink and purple fluff.

Answer: Radius

I never used Radius a lot, but he is a very valuable character to recruit. You can recruit him if you have Lynx in your party. Visit Opassa Beach. In Arni Village, speak with Marge, who is Serge's mother, and then defeat Radius in battle.

Black inniate characters seem to be very popular in the game. You'd think that the all the bosses or powerful foes would just be black inniates, but no. This game spreads out the colors in good array so that enemies can be any color. Even some of the good guys are black inniate, like Luccia. I love black.

It's my favorite color. It's not actually a color, it's the absence of all colors and it's called a value. Just a little art info from me:)

Answer: 'DraggyRider'

Hah! I made this one tricky. 'DraggyRider' and 'DragonRide' sound simular and could confuse people. Aren't I bad? I love Leah-she's so adorable with her little cat tail. She's very young, but she's a very powerful fighter. When you get the chance, recruit her as one of your fighters along side Serge and Draggy or whomever and I'm sure you'll beat the baddies good. (No pun intended)

Not every color from the color wheel are elements, but it's pretty darn close. It's nice that the colors are spread out so evenly and that the creators of the game actually paid attention to the opposites in the color wheel. Most of the characters and other beings in the game are the primary colors though (Red, yellow, and blue) Primary colors are the colors that make up all the rest of the colors and cannot be broken down into secondary (Orange, green and purple) or tertiary colors.

There was some art trivia for you there:) Someone reminded me of the Chrono Cross and how it was a separate element all it's own, so that's why I did the parenthesis thing in my question.

Poshul is great to recruit. I love her bouncy walk. A must-have since you have no limit on whom you can recruit! She also proves to be a good fighter!

Answer: Serge/Leena/Razzly

I'm not good at these triple techs, or any techs. I rarely use them, so I can't offer much advice on using them. According to what my books say, however, they are very handy in tough battles. The toughest battles I've seen have to be the Sun of a Gun boss and Dario. Everything else is pretty easy though. If you have Guile in your group when facing the Sun of a Gun, it'll be an easy fight. Anyone else in your group is tough. You are told to use opposites in the game, but I tried using Luccia and it proved pointless. I used Poshul, Glenn, and Serge. Glenn and Serge can do their Double Tech skill 'X-Strike'.

Answer: Solt and Peppor

These guys annoy me. They are always easy to beat though since every time they confront you, they always mess something up, which usually lowers their defenses. Take out Solt first. He uses more magic spells than Peppor, and that makes him more dangerous.

Irenes is the most beautiful mermaid I have ever seen! Ariel eat your heart out. She is the only mermaid I know of who can stay out of water and walk upright for long periods of time like humans can.

Answer: Calico, black, white

I loved turning into cats on the S.S. Zelbess. That was one of the most amusing parts because you could go to more places on the ship and you could talk to the cats on the ship. You also helped poor Sneff and regained your boat so you could leave the ship. Very fun!

Dark Serge is really cool. A lot of people like to CosPlay as him. CosPlay is 'Costume Play', meaning you make costumes of your favorite anime characters. Usually this is seen at anime conventions/clubs.

Like I said, these guys annoy me. What is it with them anyway? They aren't going to win so why don't they just give up? Oh well. I use more physical attacks when fighting them and I take Solt out first.

A hard one huh? I had to at least have one tough question. I like the looks of these enemies, but they are hard to beat! Luminaire that's used by Harle and Serge works pretty well against these foes.
