Answer: Yojimbo

When you return to the chamber of the fayth in the sunken cave for the second time, Yojimbo's fayth will appear and he says this. Of course Tidus is the only one who really knows what he's talking about since no one else in the party is aware that Tidus is not real.

Answer: "A day with you is never dull!"

Lulu says this, then she jumps off the airship, Tidus follows saying "Hey, star players first!" Then the rest of the gang jumps off after them. Following this you fight on top of Sin's body.
