You can get to it in World 1-3 by jumping on top of the screen where all the pipes are. They are in all levels in some kind of area.

2. In World 8, when you beat Bowser for the first time and open the cage, who is really in the cage?

Answer: Kamek

It is actually Kamek who put a spell on himself. He then puts one on Bowser.

Answer: Bowser gets very big

Kamek comes in every final castle. He puts a spell on the walls floor etc.
