At the end of the level, "Danger in the Skies", Sly paraglides to the whale dragonfly creature. Dr. M tells him the story about how Sly's dad and McSweeny were a gang.

2. What does Dr. M call Carmelita in the level, "Carmelita to the Rescue"?

Answer: Harpy Witch

After Carmelita defeats the beast, Dr. M calls her a harpy witch. No one ever called Carmelita dreadful demon, or despicable idiot. Muggshot calls her cop hag in "Flight of Fancy".

His first in "Honor Among Thieves" is when Dimitri dives into the water and shoots at Dr. M and his angelfish beast. His final is in the "Final Legacy" level where Sly and Carmelita finally beat him.

His whale dragonfly and other giant beast have their own health bars, not a Dr. M health bar.
