Don Octavio's blueprints are hidden inside coffee houses, and Bentley is sneaking into them to take them. The terms used in the passwords for the houses in Venice, "Bass", "Alto", "Tenor", and "Soprano" are related to the four conventional voice classifications in singing.

Answer: Moon Stone

The Guru's magical stone is called the Moon Stone and is based off of a type of mineral that is believed by "Dreamers" to have some spiritual powers. Sadly, in real life, the Dreamtime does not involve learning a technique called "the ball", nor does it have any way of employing mind control.

Penelope's codename Agent Heartthrob is likely a repercussion of Bentley's infatuation with her. Interestingly, some of the fanbase of the "Sly" series have theorised that Penelope is extremely young (perhaps earlier than twenty), due to the fact that she had to use a disguise to enter the RC tournaments she was so passionate about.

These two gangs prove to be a waste of his money, however. The entirety of the Vincenetti Gang is wiped out by a single one of Carmelita's mercenaries (with her help) and Sly removes the presence of the Blue Vipers. Interestingly, the Blue Viper Gondola Gang do not use gondolas, but speedboats.

In China, General Tsao uses hereditory dark magic in both of the boss fights you face him in. He also uses this dark magic to raise the dead in the town, releasing a plague of Hopping Zombies. The magic used in Australia is not used against the gang specifically, rather the Mask of Dark Earth merely possesses various enemies and enlarges them.
