At the end of the episode "Flight of Fancy", Sly defeated the Black Baron and his, or should I say her, mask came off, revealing Penelope. She told the story about how she wanted to compete in the ACES, but didn't meet the age limit.

2. Which enemy from the Fiendish Five returns in the episode, "Flight of Fancy"?

Answer: Muggshot

Muggshot was first seen in the level, "Hidden Flight Roster". He is also in the level "Beauty and the Beast" where he is defeated again. In the next episode, another villain is back, the Panda King.

3. Where do you fight the Black Baron besides on biplanes?

After Sly defeated the Black Baron with the biplanes, he fought him on the wing of the giant spare plane. Sly had to put tracking devices on the gunships.

In "Cooper Hangar Defense", team Muggshot was attacking the hangar. First he came through the doors, and Murray had to flip the switch to hurt him. Second, he sent guards through the sewers and Bentley had to use the traps. And third, they sent guards on the outside to destroy it, and Penelope had to use her RC Chopper to yank them away.

On the plane, the Black Baron warned Sly that he spent ten years in fisticuffs. When they fought, Bentley refers to him as a master boxer.
