Answer: Carver

Carver would later become the primary antagonist in Season Two for quite some time. Here, however, it seems he only intends to scout the house as opposed to assaulting it outright. The player may choose to pretend to ignore him as he tries to get in, the player may try to stop him from getting in, the player may help him get in, or the player may try to hide as he gets in. No matter what, he gets in, sees Clementine unless the player attempted to hide, and does his business.

Answer: "White's in trouble"

Michael Madsen, the voice actor for Carver, also starred in the aforementioned "Reservoir Dogs". This quote Carver says is thought to reference a line Madsen's character would say to Mr White, a character who is the antagonist in the aforementioned movie.

Answer: He doesn't

Kenny and his group hold Clementine's new group at gunpoint until he spots Clementine. Kenny eyes Clementine wide-eyed and expresses his surprise in finding her. The player may choose to either embrace Kenny, address him casually, or address him disdainfully. Either way, this introduces Kenny and his new group to the picture, and provides the group with a new place to stay to get away from Carver. Regardless of how Kenny "died" in Season One, his response to Clementine, should the player ask how he survived, will be the same, as he simply states "Got myself into a lot of trouble dealing with Ben/Christa (whichever one he "died" tending to in Season One). Didn't look good for ol' Kenny, but I survived anyway."

Answer: He has grown a beard

Kenny, despite his adamant stance against growing out one's hair during the apocalypse in Season One, seemed to have relaxed his stance as he appeared here. Kenny's beard covered his entire face, including his previously held mustache.

Answer: Sarita

Kenny has entered a romantic relationship with Sarita, who Clementine meets inside the lodge. Sarita is initially seen decorating a Christmas tree. Although their relationship would later go south, Kenny initially seems to be very happy with Sarita, and the feelings are mutual at first.

Answer: Whether to sit with Luke or Kenny

This decision does not significantly alter the future of the Season, but is an interesting one for the player to make nonetheless. It is made clear that Luke does not trust or really like Kenny much if Clementine chooses to sit with Luke, and this feeling is fueled if the player acted negatively towards meeting Kenny initially in the Episode.

Answer: Bugs (glitches, errors, etc, not the insect)

Episode One was horrendously buggy upon release, and actually took two patches in order to fix. As a result, TellTale Games placed a greater emphasis on preventing this problem from resurfacing in Episode Two. They would end up making good on their promise, as no further patches were needed other than to add each new Episode of the Season.

Answer: Kenny is a lot easier to anger

Kenny is noticeably more aggressive and snappier at the group. Things that would be typically shrugged off have Kenny in fumes, and this is made imminently clear when Sarita accidentally drops a Christmas ornament while decorating the tree.

Answer: Ski resort

The Ski Resort is big, but it is easy to defend and is, in itself, quite defensible. It's also a convenient place to stay during the winter, when the walkers are more dangerous than during any other part of the year.

Answer: Accidentally killed Matthew

Walter very nearly loses his cool and nearly shoots Nick upon hearing this news. Clementine can convince Walter that Nick is a good or bad person. If Clementine does the former, Walter will save Nick from a walker later in the episode as the ski resort is under attack. If not, Walter will let Nick get killed by this walker.
