Troy is the baddest, meanest, and nastiest guard on Carver's staff. He clearly has no regard for others, and this is displayed multiple times throughout this episode. However, he isn't so tough when Carver is giving him orders. This is made eminently clear when he softens right up after rough-housing Sarah and Clementine, as Carver orders him to stand down and "warns" him against wasting fuel keeping the car's engine going.

Answer: Kenny

Kenny says this to Carlos as a response to Carlos' efforts to calm Kenny down. Kenny, frantically trying to escape captivity, searches the truck for something sharp to break the rope binding their hands together.

Answer: Luke

Luke fled the scene as Carver's gang attacked, and was able to avoid capture. Kenny believes that Luke fleeing means that he has abandoned them, while the others give Luke the benefit of the doubt, suggesting he will come back to rescue them somehow.

Answer: Howe's Hardware Store

Howe's Hardware Store is a heavily fortified former hardware store converted into a fortress. With guards on every corner, it is very well protected, inside and out. Carver's office lies on the 2nd floor, and there are makeshift jail cells on the outside, protected by walls, where Clementine and the others are stored.

Answer: Forgiveness

Carver suggests that despite "the actions" of Clementine and the others, that they must be welcomed with open arms into the community, and must be allowed to earn their forgiveness. Of course, given that Carver is both sadistic and delusional, his idea of "earning forgiveness" is abusing the group, forcing them into hard labor, and expecting them to be free of backlash.

Answer: Carver

Carver finishes off his announcement with this line. Had the player never been introduced to Carver, they might have mistaken him for someone with good, benevolent, intentions after saying this. However, it is just a light-hearted way of suggesting that Clementine and the others are due for hard labor, and immediately, as Carlos is dragged away by Troy and a handful of other guards to tend to their wounded before the group is even shown to their cells.

Answer: A jacket

Clementine would end up wearing the jacket for the majority of the rest of the season, should the player accept the gift. Ultimately, Bonnie is remorseful over being deceitful to the group, expressing surprised feelings at how kind the group was when they thought Bonnie was alone and homeless, giving her a free crate of food. Bonnie goes on to say Luke was likely better off fleeing than staying to fight off Carver and his gang, and it is hinted that Bonnie and Luke may have had a romantic relationship at some point in time.

Answer: Carver kills Reggie

Carver ultimately pushes Reggie off the greenhouse. Given that Reggie falls headfirst onto hard concrete, in an area surrounded by walkers, had he not been killed on impact, he likely would have met his end shortly thereafter. Carver goes on to express his disgust in Reggie's "weakness and incompetence" and warns Clementine and Sarah to think about Reggie's death the next time they are asked to do something.

Carver beats Kenny with a radio, and he beats him badly. In fact, Carver likely tries to outright kill Kenny, before Bonnie intervenes, distracting Carver by saying their defenses had been breached by walkers. This distraction is enough to get Kenny back up, and is the start of a conflict that eventually allows the group's escape.

Answer: Whether or not to cut off Sarita's arm

This decision is fairly straightforward. You either end up slicing Sarita's arm off with an axe in two fell swoops, or killing the walker attacking Sarita. Either way, Sarita is seen eying either the bite mark or stump on her arm, screaming bloody murder, and having the episode end on that gruesome note.
