I don't know. I like seeing them in the wild -- wouldn't want to have one as a pet. Reply #1641. Dec 27 08, 3:57 PM |

I've got friends with Indian pythons, boas and smaller species like cornsnakes. I've never felt the urge to own a poisonous one. Reply #1642. Dec 27 08, 4:07 PM |

No Anne, not for real. lol Jabberwok, Rattlesnakes are illegal to keep as pets in homes in California. I wish I had one, but what if it gets out? I'd be running like a 4 year old. lol Reply #1643. Dec 27 08, 4:13 PM |

I'm very relieved. You can keep 'hot' snakes over here, but you need a license and your premises have to be inspected to check that you're not going free-range. It is surprising what some people regard as appropriate housemates. Reply #1644. Dec 27 08, 4:32 PM |

Arachnids...no. same with giant millipedes and mantids. Amphibians now, I can see the appeal. Especially tree frogs. Reply #1646. Dec 27 08, 5:00 PM |

I'm quite amused at your feeble attempts to match your superiors in trivia knowledge. Resigning yourselves to looking up answers. Must be a sinking feeling to have such a sense of inadequacy. Happy Holidays Reply #1652. Dec 27 08, 5:44 PM |

>>>So I guess you might not like our Monty Python, then Jabberwok? He's only little about 6 foot or so - Very Cuddly. Likes a Hug! :) No, clean out your ears you scurvy wench, and your eyeballs for good measure. I LIKE non-venomous snakes, and I take it that Monty is a python? I currently live with three people, a cat and two guinea pigs that dislike snakes, so in the interest of harmonious co-habitation I have put my enthusiasm for owning one on hold. Reply #1653. How does it feel to know that you are winning merely because of that Fifth Columnist that recently joined you? Delete his score and see where that gets you. Reply #1654. Dec 27 08, 5:50 PM |
