*The Moody Blues (this is not my first time messing up their name. It's ironic because they're my favorite band of all time! I think I just get excited to start writing about them that I just start typing faster) Reply #21. Mar 12 19, 11:39 AM |

A couple of them come to mind. When The Children Cry by White Lion and My Love is Like a Tire Iron by Ted Nugent. Just kidding about the second one! :-p That first one really does get me kind of choked up every time I hear it. The words to most songs don't even come close to the magnitude of that one. Reply #23. For my first couple of years in high school, Dreams by Fleetwood Mac would make me think about the girlfriend I had in 9th grade. I was so sure I was going to spend the rest of my life with her, and then Dreams came out right after we broke up. Perfect timing, Fleetwood Mac, thanks a lot. :-( Reply #26. Mar 16 19, 5:41 PM |

I guess I can't say this is a song. It's a work from Samuel Barber. "Adagio for Strings". Brings tears as well. Reply #31. Jun 03 20, 1:06 PM |

It is politically incorrect to even mention it, and at the risk of screams of outrage..............I don't really care............because "Dixie" always gets to me. Reply #35. Nov 02 20, 3:31 AM |

One of my recent favorite movies "Blade Runner 2049" has a scene that gave me goosebumps from the first view. Of course it wouldn't work without the music of Hans Zimmer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IQgSg_IQKJU Reply #40. Nov 17 20, 10:32 AM |
