Sue you asked: 27a. Usual ingredient primarily found in rich frozen dessert. It is PARFAIT. Usual PAR + first letter (primarily) Found. Then I get lost with AIT I reckon it's the first letter of ingredient : I in FAT (rich) which gives the answer. Reply #2001. Feb 08 18, 9:28 AM |

Thanks for sorting PARFAIT for me, Ivor. I, too, have been agonising over the last 2 clues from the start, Chris. If you look at what may be the definition "goes through", it could possibly be "runs up", then again does Clause 11 refer to the War Powers Act, which appears to be the most well-known? Reply #2007.
