Yes, I did mean The Who, sectant. I always think Pink Floyd sang that song, because it's sad and reminds me of Syd Barrett. And it's late, and my brain is tired.

You can call me Elle, if you like. It's easier to type. But it's entirely up to you.

Yes, I certainly know about being tired Elle. Good old Syd huh? Some of his song titles are pretty good too....Bike, See Emily Play, to name but two

"I've got a bike, you can ride it if you like..."
"Emily tries, but misunderstands.. ah woo..."

Anything by In Love With a Ghost (some samples: "I Know It's Not Easy But You're Not Alone Anymore', 'I Was Feeling Down, Then I Found a Nice Witch And Now We're Best Friends').

Ricky Eat Acid also has a bunch of good ones (e.g. 'God Put Us All in the Swimming Pool', 'If I Cleaned Everything Would You Come Back', 'Being Underwater and Everything Being Quiet and Still).

Sufjan Stevens has a bunch of good ones, one of which is like 54 words long or something.

Slowdive - 'When the Sun Hits'
Radiohead - 'True Love Waits', 'How to Disappear Completely'
The War on Drugs - 'Lost in the Dream'
Trembling Blue Stars - 'Sometimes I Still Feel the Bruise'
Talking Heads - 'This Must Be the Place (Naive Melody')
Spiritualized - 'Ladies & Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space'
Sharon Van Etten - 'I Love You But I'm Lost'
Phoebe Bridgers - 'Smoke Signals'
The National - 'Looking for Astronauts', 'Mistaken for Strangers', 'Afraid of Everyone'
LCD Soundsystem - 'New York I Love You But You're Bringing Me Down'
The Mountain Goats - 'There Will Be No Divorce'
Gorillaz - 'On Melancholy Hill'
M83 - 'We Own the Sky'

And a lot more.
