I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston Compare it to Dolly Parton's beautiful and restrained original, hopefully you will all see why Houston's recording is overrated and a tad hysterical. Reply #2. Aug 31 18, 4:03 AM |

Any single song put on this Earth by twentyone pilots, Mumford and Sons, Huey Lewis and the News, and Fall Out Boy. I Heard It Through The Grapevine by Ike and Tina Turner (great song but only by Marvin Gaye) Hooked On A Feeling by Blue Swede (like before, I much prefer the original by BJ Thomas) Unbelievers by Vampire Weekend You're The One That I Want by John Travolta and Olvia-Newton John (this makes my ears bleed) Big Shot by Billy Joel (I'm a fan of his but not of this song) I'm sorry, I know these are popular songs, but they are not, and will never be, for me. My apologies to Olvia-Newton John, she sent me an angry message telling me she doesn't exist. But hopefully Olivia-Newton John still does! Reply #4. Aug 31 18, 10:30 AM |

No problems Jen. And do you know about Olvia's nickname? They used to call her Olivia Neutron Bomb. Some Girls Do by Racey. (Enough said about that one.) Reply #5. Aug 31 18, 4:53 PM |

Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep by Middle Of The Road (This would be a great song to play on a never ending loop as an effective method of breaking down a crim who won't confess to his crime.) "Okay, okay, I confess! Now please get me out of here!!!" Reply #6. Sep 02 18, 2:16 AM |

I suppose songs that personally get on your nerves, qualify? In which case, whilst usually a fan of both singers, can't abide:- Boy Named Sue (or Sioux?) by Johnny Cash Does Your Chewing Gum Loose it's flavour, and, My Old Man's a Dustman, both by Lonnie Donegan. Reply #7. Sep 02 18, 2:41 AM |

Yummy Yummy Yummy (I've Got Love In My Tummy) by Ohio Express and every other band who's covered it. This song will not give you love in your tummy, it will give you stomach ulcers. Reply #8. Sep 02 18, 3:57 PM |

Touch Me by Samantha Fox So Macho by Sinitta I loved the 80's, there was so much experimentation going on in music, but suffice to say that mistakes were made along with the absolute genius. Huge mistakes. Reply #11. Sep 04 18, 12:37 AM |

My Body by Young the Giant Weird one, because I enjoy several other songs from them... definitely not this one. Shut U* and Dance by Walk the Moon Everyone I know loves this song. NOT me! Safe and Sound by Capital Cities This one is so overplayed and it... is not good. Sunglasses At Night by Corey Hart Reply #15. Sep 05 18, 9:50 AM |

Any song by Air Supply. Sure, some of their songs are beautiful and sweet, but not when your sister played Air Supply's Greatest Hits cassette tape on continuous play all night long (until the cassette player ate the tape one glorious night!!). Reply #16. Sep 05 18, 10:37 AM |

Haven't seen Insidious Jen. Am I one of the lucky ones? A chewed up Air Supply cassette could only improve the quality of the songs. A friend of mine from my teen years had a similar experience with his sister's Bay City Rollers cassette. Except it wasn't chewed, it was deliberately pulled apart by said friend. Unfortunately he was told off by his mum and had to buy another copy. Tragedy by The Bee Gees (Since when does hideous falsetto shrieking count as singing?) Reply #17. Sep 05 18, 4:11 PM |

Oh, Air Supply. Had a job at a department store years ago and I swear they played at least three Air Supply songs a day. So yes, I am a third for Air Supply being in the Hall of Shame! Oh, sectant, I loooooooove scary movies! And Insidious, in my opinion, is really great. Recommended! Here's another one from me: Angel by Shaggy Oh, and Too Late by Dinner And A Suit Little-known song a local radio tried out. The song is three and a half minutes long and they say "too late" 32 times. I don't know what's sadder, the amount of times they say that or the fact that I took the time to count... Reply #19. Anything by Judah & the Lion. I am so sick of hearing this band, and I'm not a fan of the singers' voice. Dirty Laundry by Don Henley You Can't Hurry Love by Phil Collins (one of those songs that I don't think the cover was an improvement) Reply #20. Sep 06 18, 10:12 AM |
