Morpheus. That's right, Morpheus killed his own son, but it's not as bad as it sounds. His son (Orpheus) was being kept alive as only a head and he wanted nothing more than to die, so Morpheus killed him and granted his death wish.

Nada. Desire instigated Dream by reminiscing of his past loves, in which it brought up Nada. Dream was furious at what Desire said, but while outside, trying to cool down, Death approached him and said that Desire, in it's own way, was right.
Cain. "Dream was sensible to send you as his messenger--any other envoy would have been returned with his liver in his mouth." It was known that Cain was under the protection of God himself.
cutting off his wings. While Lucifer needed to remove the last of the demons and lock off the final gates, it was the removal of his wings that he said needed to be done.
dead were coming back. Death did have concern for her little brother, but because of the dead being kicked out of hell, she had her hands full trying to rectify Lucifer's actions.
the angels, Remiel and Duma. Remiel passed on a message, from the creator, that Hell should be run by Remiel and Duma. Dream agreed with the creator's request.
