Hulk Hogan. Although he lost at Wrestlemania 6 to Brutus Beefcake in 1990, this was not his first loss as Mr. Perfect. His first loss actually came at a house show in Austin, Texas on December 1, 1989 when Hulk Hogan pinned him.

Bob Backlund. Diesel pinned him in 8 seconds, which is still the quickest pinfall to win the WWE championship. This match wasn't even screened on television.
Shawn Stasiak. He was eliminated in two seconds, and the eventual winner of the Battle Royal was Test. The reward was guaranteed employment for a year.
Detroit. Stone Cold Steve Austin met The Rock on a bridge over the Detroit River. The Rock brawled with Austin and tossed him over the rail into the river below, and then threw Austins Smoking Skull belt in as well!
Capital Carnage. This was held at the London Arena, bringing in a crowd of about 10,500. Steve Austin beat Kane, Mankind, and The Undertaker in the main event fatal four-way match when he pinned Kane.
