Their version of the song charted higher than the original version by Judy Garland from the movie "Meet Me In St. Louis", which peaked at number four. During the '40s Jo Stafford had 18 Top Ten hits in the US, two of which, "Candy" with Johnny Mercer (1945) and "Temptation" with Red Ingle & the Natural Seven (1947), hit the number one spot.
