The Takati Ambassador.. They smell bad (which is true) and they're downwind (Which isn't possible since there is no wind on Babylon 5).
Centauri. Couldn't be the Great Machine. Otherwise, the battle would have been a heck of a lot shorter. The Narn didn't fire any shots. Babylon 5 fired only after the Centauri did.

Ivanova. I agree with Ivanova. Babylon 5 isn't some deep space franchise.

Copernicus. When the ship first approaches Babylon 5, it is broadcasting a repeated message: "This is the Copernicus. We come in peace." Ivanova mentions that the markings register it as the USS Copernicus. She further says that the computer does not recognize the design. Sheridan says that it was a sleeper ship "used in early deep-range exploration, back before we got jumpgate technology from the Centauri." The crew was put into cryogenic suspension until awakened by the computer, which was programmed to awaken them when they make contact with an alien signal. The computer was also programmed to change the heading to trace back the origin of the signal. These ships have not been used for over 100 years.

Lord's Prayer. Amis wakes up from a nightmare about the Earth-Minbari War. He goes to the porthole and looks out, seeing the ship. He says: "Where are you? There you are! There you are! I see you..." Terrified, he begins to recite what little he can remember of the Lord's Prayer. He then heads towards the Zocalo and starts to make proclamations of doom to all who can hear him.
Delenn. Amis tries to talk to G'Kar and Londo, and is then arrested by Garibaldi. Here are some pieces of those conversations. Amis: "Sound tree cannot bear evil fruit lest got bad roots." G'Kar: "Oh, please, don't I have troubles enough?" Amis: "I have walked in the valley of the..." G'Kar: "Good. Keep on walking." ... Amis: "You, with the hair." Londo: "Oh, jeez." ... Amis: "What'd I do this time?" Garibaldi: "You don't remember?" Amis: "Well, I've found that life is, in general, much easier if I forget most of the things that happen to me." Garibaldi: "Well, You were about to accuse the Centauri Ambassador of being in league with the devil, which may not be far from the truth."
Franklin. Mariah awakens in medlab, where Dr. Franklin is waiting. When she is well enough to move around, he takes her out and shows her the station. While they are eating, she asks: "What else have I missed?" Franklin: "Oh. The usual. The good times, and the bad times, the revelations, the revolutions. Outbreaks of hysteria, the parade of scandals, promises, constitutions, and the occasional war. The last big ones were against the Dilgar, which we won, and against the Minbari, which...Well, that's a long story." ... Mariah: "And we still haven't outgrown violence?" Franklin: "No. It's gonna take a lot more than a hundred years to evolve a better human."
organ failure. After Franklin performs an autopsy, he reports to Sheridan and Garibaldi: "At the time of death, the victim's weight appears to have been about 90 pounds. Given his height and bone structure, his normal weight should have been about 180. But malnutrition wasn't what killed him. He died as a result of organ failure." ... Sheridan comments: "Lousy way to die, huh?" Garibaldi: "Last I checked there weren't too many good ways."

Earth Force listening post. Amis was a GROPO (Ground Pounder) during the Earth-Minbari War, and their job was to set up a listening post to monitor Minbari activity. Amis describes when the creature attacked the camp: "We set up camp in old ruins of some kind. As far as we knew, it was a dead world. It came in the night, during a storm. We heard nothing, saw nothing. It came right through the walls, like a hot wind. The first man died, just meters from me - never even screamed. We ran... we ran. For a second, I thought I lost it, and then I saw it. Standing in the middle of a ball of lightning. It looked like it had come straight from hell."
