Richard Richard. Eddie Hitler was played by Ade Edmonson, Christopher Ryan played Dave Hedgehog, and Spudgun was played by Steve O'Donnell.
1991. The show ran from 1991-95, spanning three series, and 18 episodes.
Lard. This was the episode where the guys buy some 'Pheromone' spray, in an attempt to attract women.
Poker. This was the episode where they stole their neighbours gas supply. The neighbour, Mr. Rottweiler, was played by Brian Glover.

Robert Llewellyn. Llewellyn played Kryten in 'Red Dwarf'.
Vodka margarine. Richie said he was the virgin Mary, as he was holding a baby at Christmas, and thought Eddie, Dave Hedgehog and Spudgun were the three Wise Men, as they had party hats on!
Chocolate HobNobs. The lads had to spend a week on Wimbledon Common, as a result of a bet in the pub.
Ferris Wheel. They have more cause for concern however, when they realise that the ferris wheel is to be demolished the following morning!
Banana. The boys go out trick-or-treating with disastrous results.
Sunny Doncaster. They never get there however, as Eddie decides to spend the money in the pub.
Skullcrusher Henderson. Eddie forges a £27 note, and tries to buy a round of drinks in the pub with it!
Leonard Rossiter. Richie was impersonating Rossiter's character, Rigsby, of 'Rising Damp' fame.
BBC Video Camera. Although not directly linked to this series, Edmonson and Mayall resurrected Richie and Eddie in the 1999 movie 'Guest House Paradiso'.

Mr Rottweiler. Mr Rottweiler was played by the late Brian Glover. As well as being an eminently recognisable British actor, Brian Glover's diverse career included a stint as a professional wrestler in the late 1970s. He supplied the voice for the "Gaffer" in the long-running Tetley tea adverts for many years, and also had roles in "An American Werewolf in London" and "Alien III".

Miss China. Yes, Miss China, at odds of 1000-1. Eddie later confesses that he did not put the bet on, but just pretended he had in order that Richie would insist they watch Miss World. He actually spent the money on a slap-up meal for himself.

Jesus. Richie challenges the Grim Reaper (Eddie in disguise) to a game of "I Spy" to save his soul. Richie chooses "scythe", but Eddie insists that "scythe" starts with a "c". When Richie points to it in the disctionary and spells out S-C-Y-T-H-E, Eddie says "that's zither".

Shop. Of course, it ends in disaster. Richie insults and threatens the customers (one being a doctor played by the late, great John Wells) and then both Richie and Eddie desert their posts to go and sunbathe on the roof. The shop ends up being ransacked and looted.

Madame Swish. Dave Hedgehog is a friend of Eddie's. Richie breaks both legs in this episode. The episode begins with Richie pretending he has received birthday cards from Abba, "all the lads on the Ark Royal", and the people of the Soviet Union "with grateful thanks to Comrade Richie". They are the same cards he sends to himself EVERY year!

Helen Lederer. When the boys join a video dating agency, Richie pretends that he is an Earl. The agency arranges a date for him and Eddie has to pose as his butler, Jives. Not one of the better episodes, this.
