Philips. In the episode Lula was a bank robber who was married to her partner in crime Warren Dupre.
Captain. Captain William Scully died of a heart attack in January 1994.

George Usher. Usher was not a very memorable character, but was played by a memorable actor, Terence Kelly, who has been in television and films for over 30 years.

Ice. She was played by Felicity Huffman.
Fire. There are several different spellings of this name in the episode.
Pilot. He was the father of Theresa Nemman, as well as one of the Medical Examiners.
Beyond the Sea. Also known as Luther Lee Boggs, former partner of Lucas Henry.
