City of Heroes/City of Villains
Positron. Synapse hosts the second task force in Skyway City (levels 15-20) and Sister Psyche hosts the Independence Port task force (levels 20-25). Statesman's task force is introduced with the issue 9 update to the game, and will be the final task force. Positron is the first task force and is located in Steel Canyon.
Blue Steel. Back Alley Brawler is in Galaxy City, Ms. Liberty is in Atlas Park, and Infernal is in Founders Falls. Nearly all the areas in the game have trainers in order to teach skills and give slots to leveled up characters.
Fire Armor. Fire Blast ends with the power "Inferno", Fire Control ends with the power "Fire Imps", and Fire Manipulation is not a primary power set. Rise of the Phoenix is a self-resurrection power.
10. In order to make a Supergroup, you must reach level 10 and speak to the Supergroup Registration representative in the Atlas Park capital building. This is done in order to try and limit the amount of supergroups made.
The 5th Column. When issue 3 was released, The 5th Column were taken over by the council. The family, while they are seen making deals with the council often, are not involved with the change. The Corporation does not exist. The Knives of Artemis are part of the Malta faction.

Recluse's Victory. To get the Isolator badge, a hero must kill 100 contaminated. They are most frequent in the Outbreak tutorial zone, where you can kill mobs of them to get the badge. However, if you missed it you can still recover it. To get it, you must kill contaminated in Recluse's Victory. The only catch is that only ONE single minion spawns every two hours, making this impossible to all but the true badge aficionados!

Passport. The Passport accolade was given to all those who transferred heroes using the US - EU server transfer system. Unfortunately after Issue 4, this feature no longer existed. The badge died with this upgrade.
Five. Defusing five bombs in a Safeguard mission will award a player the Bomb Squad badge. Bombs that are defused as part of given missions from contacts do not count towards this badge, only the ones in Safeguard missions.

Atlas Park. Atlas Park is sitting on a cool seven plaques, the most of any zone in "City of Heroes". The other three are all tied for second place, each having five plaques in their respective zones.
Mr. Yin. The "Rescue Mr. Yin" mission is given to heroes that take Penelope Yin as a contact in Faultline. By rescuing Mr. Yin, heroes are not only rewarded with the badge, but also with Mr. Yin's special store, which sells level 13, 17, and 21 Single-Origin Enhancements. Mistress Camille happens to be a name randomly assigned to the fortune teller in the "Save the Fortune Teller" mission.

Terra Volta. The aforementioned badge is the "Conjunction Junction" exploration badge in Terra Volta. "Conjunction Junction" ("What's your function?") was a "Schoolhouse Rock" song back in the day.
10,000. Before the release of Issue 5, to get the Zookeeper badge, an impressive 10,000 Rikti monkeys had to be killed! Thanks to Issue 5 however, it was lowered to only a mere 1000 to ease the pain of killing so many.

Celebrant, Reveler. By having the 1st and 2nd anniversary badges, the 5th Columnist gladiator is yours. Silver Bullet and Slayer are needed for Received the Atlas Medallion accolade, Omega Wolf and Prenumbra Elite Adjutant are other Council gladiators, Cage Fighter is an arena badge, and Weapon Inspector is a Warburg exploration badge.
Unfortunately for you, this is where you finish. Only the greatest of all badge hunters will get this question right.
In "City of Heroes", players are rewarded for killing numerous amounts of all factions by receiving badges. Follow the clues and let's see just how good your math as well as your badge skills, really are...
1. Take the amount of Contaminated needed for the Isolator badge and add 50.
2. Take that number and add the amount needed to get the Haunted Badge.
3. To that, add the number of Rikti monkeys needed to get the Zookeeper badge as of I8.
4. Multiply that by 10.
5. Take the number of badges needed for the Trailblazer badge, and multiply by 15.
6. Subtract number 5 from number 4.
7. Take the number of villains that need to be defeated to get the Reinforcement badge and subtract it from number 6.
8. Finally subtract the number of hours needed for the Advisor badge from number 7.

It was the launch date of the Korean open beta.. If you ACTUALLY did this question and got the right answer than Kudos to you! For those of you who said "forget it, I'm guessing"...meh you'll live! "City of Heroes" was released on April 28, 2004, it was released in Europe on February 4th 2005, and if you solved the puzzle, you should have gotten 11806 which corresponds to January 18, 2006, the launch date of the Korean open beta.
