Although you'll probably be concentrating more on the powerful boss monster, you might find that the background music is quite fitting for such a dangerous battle.       "They Menacing You". I don't explain the poor grammar on some of the song titles, but the filename for the battle with Alishar is "TheyMenacingYou.mp3". The dark, urgent tone adaquately illustrates the struggle many players have against Alishar. If you're hearing "The Way Grotesque", you're fighting Thanatos. If you're hearing "Welcome to the Hell", you're fighting Zakum. Compared to these, Alishar seems like a pushover.

      OX Quiz. For this GM event, players will be asked questions. They then must move to either the large X or the large O to answer the question. If they answer all questions correctly, they win. Ola Ola is a portal maze, the Physical Fitness Challenge is a jump quest, and Find the Jewel is a treasure hunt. Winners of these challenges are awarded with Scroll of Secrets, which is an item that gives a random prize when decoded.

      Six. The Different Sack summons Panda Teddy, Tick, Tick-Tock, and Brown Teddy. The Toy Robot sack summons Robo and Master Robo. The Toy Soldier Sack summons Toy Trojans. The Alien Sack summons Barnard Grays, Zeta Grays, Ultra Grays, and Chief Grays. The Black Sack, available through the GM Events, summons the Jr. Balrog, and a rare summoning sack available through the Gachapon summons a Mushmom.

      Dirty Ratz. In the boss room of the Ludibrium Party Quest (the stage known as "A Crack in the Wall"), there is a single Dirty Ratz near a box. Like Stage 7, in which you must kill the monster to open the boxes that'll summon the Rombots, you must kill the Dirty Ratz to open this box. A ranged attack or a Spearman with a long spear can hit the monster and open the box.

      Zakum 3. Obviously, the highest-leveled monster has the highest Weapon Defense. Zakum 1 has 1000, Zakum 2 has 1100, Zakum 3 has 1200. Zakum's Arm 8 has 1050. The only other monster that comes close to this is the Papulatus Clock, which has 1000 Weapon Defense.

      Snail. The second weakest monster is only available during the Thanksgiving events. It is the Turkey.

      Fish Resting Spot. The Cave of Pianus is not a hidden street, so this was a throwaway answer. Fish Resting Spot is the place in Aqua Road accessible from Blue Seaweed Road, at the top of the map. The monsters you'll find here are Cico and Cicle, the seahorses of Aqua Road.

      Thanatos. Thanatos is a unique monster found in the bowels of the Clocktower. It is unique in the way that it attacks differently depending on the player's relative position to it. If Thanatos is facing to the left, it uses an ice attack. If Thanatos is facing to the right, it attacks with status effects only. As long as Thanatos faces right, even a low-level player can survive its attacks.

    Only people level 50 and up can get into Sharp Cliff I and any further areas. Judging by the name of some of the more popular maps as well as certain sounds in the music, what is the name of the background music of this area?"Maple Story" Music (PrinceMagus411)

      Wolf Wood . This is the area where you'll find monsters such as the Werewolf, Lycanthrope, Hector, and White Pang. The howling in the background of the song alludes to these monsters. This is also the home to places such as the Forest of Dead Trees and Wolf Territory. It's probably best that no one above level 50 can enter this area, since the monsters range from the level 55 Hector to the level 82 Dark Yeti & Pepe.

    One of the chosen training areas for people lvl55-60 (and also a common hacker area) is the "Drake's Meal Table". In the very center of this high-level area, though, is a low-level monster. What out-of-place monster will you find here?"Maple Story" Monster Mania (PrinceMagus411)

      Snail. Yes, a tiny green Snail, the weakest monster in the game, appears in the center of "Drake's Meal Table". Among all of the Cold Eyes, Drakes, and Wild Cargoes, this Snail is no threat at all. Whoever placed this monster here obviously had quite a sense of humor. There is a similar situation in the Tomb, where grouped with the Skeleton Commanders is a Red Snail.

    Once you reach lvl60, you can no longer buy or forge weapons using an NPC. If you don't want to buy them in the Free Market, they must be obtained by monsters. If you're a Spearman, which monster will drop both your lvl60 Spear and lvl60 Polearm?"Maple Story" Monster Mania (PrinceMagus411)

      Taurospear. The Taurospear, found in decent numbers in the Sanctuary, is a powerful lvl75 monster. It drops many weapons, including the lvl60 weapon of every type and class. The Deep Buffoon, interestingly enough, drops both the lvl60 and lvl80 Spear.

      Grim Phantom Watch. Master Soul Teddy is the only other monster unaffected by Ice-type spells. Poison and Heal are other spell elements that certain monsters are invulnerable to. In fact, Heal is an element that only damages Dark and Undead monsters.

      Dagger. Here is an interesting piece of info: the average magic attack for a wand/staff is 15 points above the level requirement. This rule, however, doesn't work for any other weapons.

      Warrior. "Nightmare" is the name of the background music for Perion, the Warrior town. The surrounding areas of Perion also use this music. If you're in Ellinia, you'll hear "When the Morning Comes" while you become a Magician. "Floral Life" is heard in Henesys where you become a Bowman. If you're in Kerning City to become a Thief, you'll be hearing "Bad Guys".

    In one quest on Victoria Island, an adventurer must collect 2300 Cursed Dolls from the Zombie Lupin. In Omega Sector, you must collect a different item in a similar manner. What monster drops this item?"Maple Story" Monster Mania (PrinceMagus411)

      Mateon. Mateon are the easiest of the "octopus aliens" in Omega Sector. Some would say the Grays are stronger, due to their magic attacks, but the "octopus aliens" are higher-leveled, with the MT-09 being lvl54. The Chief Gray is lvl49.

    If you're level 21-30, you can go to Kerning City and join three others in a Party Quest (PQ). At the end is the powerful boss monster, King Slime. It's jump attack is similar to which other boss monster?"Maple Story" Monster Mania (PrinceMagus411)

      Mushmom. King Slime is level 40, while Mushmom is level 60. Mushmom is found if you go through Pig Park near Henesys. This big mushroom spawns only once every 45 minutes or so, and if you change channels or log off, you get sent back to Henesys. Unfortunately, people will often "KS" (Kill Steal) you if you're fighting Mushmom alone. This can be very frustrating.

      Cash Shop. "Shopbgm.mp3" is the sound file for the Cash Shop. To enter the Cash Shop in the game, simply click the "Cash Shop" icon on the bottom right... simple, eh? The Cash Shop is a place where users can customize their characters using NX Cash purchased from the "Maple Story" website.

    If you want to play Match Cards, you're going to need a lot of cards. These cards can be obtained by monsters. What is the highest-leveled monster that drops a Monster Card?"Maple Story" Monster Mania (PrinceMagus411)

      All monsters drop them. At one time, only certain monsters dropped cards. Now, all of them do. It's rare to get one from a boss monster, however, and you can't get them from PQ monsters.

    How many party quests are there (not solely available to couples)?Maple Story (rodimus)

      Seven. The first is in Kerning City, the second is in Ludibrim/Ludibrium, the third is in El Nath, where you face Zakum/Jakum. You must be from level 21-30 for the Kerning City party quest, level 35-50 for the Ludibrim/Ludibrium party quest, and level 50+ to do the El Nath Zakum/Jakum party quest. The fourth is in Perion, it's not "technically" a party quest, since it is a guild quest, but it is fit into that category, the fifth is in Orbis, which I am not sure on the level limit of it. The sixth and seventh are only available in the Tespia Beta Server in "Korean Maple Story" at the time being, the first of which is for the fourth job advancement, and the second deals with the boss known as "Horn Tail" by a lot of people, which is a three-headed dragon, he takes up many maps but is fairly weak, but has outstanding HP, his real name is unknown as of yet.

      Five. In order of level, from lowest to highest, they are the Copper Drake, Drake, Red Drake, Ice Drake, and Dark Drake. Drakes are some of the best monsters to train on from lvl50-60, although most people choose Jr. Yetis as a training medium until 55.

    Deep under Victoria Island rests an ancient sanctuary, overrun by monsters. Within this cursed place lurks the most powerful monster on the island. However, the name of the music you'll hear in The Cursed Sanctuary alludes to which weaker monster?"Maple Story" Music (PrinceMagus411)

      Evil Eye. The name of the background music of The Cursed Sanctuary is "EvilEyes". This music begins at The Cave of Evil Eye I and, between that map and The Cursed Sanctuary, the only map that doesn't use this background music is Drake's Hunting Ground (that map uses "AncientMove").

      Lucida. A Lucida is a lvl73 monster that looks similar to the other cats. In fact, it's in basically the same area as well. Its feline relatives are a full 20 levels below the Lucida, but otherwise nearly identical. For reference, the Bain is a powerful dog, the Hector is a wolf, and Leatty is nothing but a fuzzball.
