23. This was noted in the original "RE" manual.
South America. I found this on a "Resident Evil" fan site.
Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service. This was one of Umbrella's units to test and or clean-up new BOW's.
Brad. The "Chickenheart" still lives. Well, not for long. He was seen in a frantic state near the beginning and was killed by Nemesis.
Nicholai. Nicholai sent in his troops to test the readiness of Umbrella's B.O.W.'s.
Brian Irons. His name was also said a few times through out the game, but his first name was only found on a file that is picked up.
Annette. Her name was said several times throughout the game.
12. She was born in 1986. The game is set in 1998.
S. This can be found in the "RE:2" manual.
John. Both of their names were used as password codes in "RE:1".
Rebecca Chambers. The youngest member of S.T.A.R.S. In the game she has a side pouch with a red cross on it.
Richard Aiken. When Jill gets to the small hallway that leads to the attic is where she finds Richard lying on the floor almost dead. "Hold on Richard, I'll go and get the serum."
Brad Vickers. I believe the only written evidence of this is in the manual. He got the nickname for his lack of enthusiam for rushing into danger.
Air Force. Again, this would only be known if you read the original manual. Chris was kicked out of the Air Force and became a drifter until he met Barry, who recruited him for S.T.A.R.S.
Enrico Marini. This is only known by reading the manual from the first "RE". Enrico is the Bravo team leader and second overall in command of the S.T.A.R.S.

5 minutes. You get five minutes to kill the final boss and get out of the facility before it blows up. In order to kill all the zombies and zombie like creatures you have to blow the place to pieces!

The Moonlight Sonata. Once Jill begins to play this song a door opens up to a secret passage way in the wall.

Code Veronica. Alexia, the main boss, mutates into Veronica. Veronica was a great ancestor of Alfred and Alexia.
No. Chris was never found. Claire tried to find him, but she didn't. He found her in "Resident Evil: Code Veronica".

Claire's brother is missing. Claire is in Racoon City in search of Chris (her brother) who we found out was missing in the first "Resident Evil".

"Devil May Cry". Yes, it's true. Dante was originally intended to be yet another victim of Umbrella, but the story was altered so much, the people of Capcom decided to make him a half-demon mercenary instead and stick him in his own universe. I discovered this accidentally online.

hemophilia. A side mission is to retrieve some hemostatic medicine for him. Hemostatic medicine is a blood clotting agent used to treat excessive bleeding, which is the trademark of hemophilia.

"Dino Crisis". The heroine is Regina of "Dino Crisis." I always preferred that costume. A mini skirt and a tube top are not survival friendly.
