This cheat is worthless in Sandbox mode, where you can create the park of your dreams with unlimited money, but in Career mode, this a great help. You can quickly get out of debt and make a successful and rich park. With the extra money, you can make awesome coasters to impress your peeps.
Unlimit lift chain speeds. David Braben is a British computer programmer, famous for co-writing the popular video game, "Elite". He is founder of Frontier Developments. By using this cheat, your lift chain speeds can increase dramatically, making your ride more exciting.
Make all rides irresistible to peeps. This cheat can do wonders for you in Career mode, attracting your peeps to all of your rides (except roller coasters) and spending their cash to ride them. Each peep must ride each ride at least once before they exit the park. Peeps riding a certain ride twice, however, is their own free will.

He is best known for his work for major coasters at Alton Towers, a popular theme park in the United Kingdom, and for co-developing "Roller Coaster Tycoon 3".
