Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Snake. Dahlia has a tattoo of a snake on her stomach that runs around her belly button and the bottom of the snake disappears below the top of her jeans. The character, Dahlia, is an alternate version of the one appearing in the first "Silent Hill" game
Always On My Mind. Michelle sings "Always On My Mind" when encountered in the school's gym during the game. The song appears on the game's soundtrack where the vocals are provided by a series regular, Mary Elizabeth McGlynn.
Konami Customer Support. Calling "573" on Harry's phone calls Konami Customer Support. The woman who answers the call eventually states that due to you being in Silent Hill, you're beyond even their help. 573 is the "goroawase" Japanese word play of replacing words with letters that represents "Konami".
Akira Yamaoka. The "Silent Hill" series is known for it's wide range of music and the person behind most of that is Akira Yamaoka, who has worked on the music since the first game. Later, he became involved within production of the series. It's the last game he worked on before retiring from Konami.
"Silent Hill: Shattered Memories" features a unique gameplay mechanic whereby the game analyses the player through their actions during the game. A big part of this occurs in a therapist's office, but, what is the name of the therapist? | "Shattered Memories" - A Chilling Recollection

Dr. Kaufmann. Dr. Kaufmann is the name of the doctor behind the psychoanalytical sessions that occur at set times during the game. He is different from how he is displayed in the original game, as the director of the Alchemilla Hospital. In this game, he is not an antagonist but it can be said he influences the games ending through his interactions with the player during therapy sessions.
Silent Hill. "Silent Hill: Shattered Memories" is a re-imagining of the very first game that appeared in the series. The game uses many of the characters featured in the original game, but is not considered canon to the series' storyline.
