The announcer asks us a series of questions, one involving the horrible murder of these two innocent children, in which he describes to use, the tactic in which Walter Sullivan killed them.

Although they are written on his coffin, they are also written on his feet. The numbers 111 are written on his right foot while the numbers 21 are written on his left. We see this when we find his body in the apartment.

We see her in the game as the ghost with the purple hat that roams around the subway station. Her children were taken away because the cult's orphans were dying and they needed more children.

There are only two sectors in the cult. The Yellow Sector, which is run by Leonard Wolfe, is the sector that Walter was placed in. The Red Sector, which is run by Dahlia Gillespi, is the sector Alessa was placed in. Although the two sectors are rivals, their leaders are very good friends.

It was Dahlia's idea to develop Walter's belief in the Holy Assumption, as she believed that he was 'gifted'.

Although he realized that he was in real danger on July 13th, he didn't realize that he is meant to be the fifteenth victim until it is too late. On that day he writes a list of the victims that have already been killed and those who will soon come that fate. At the end of his list is both Eileen's and Henry's names.

Joseph asks him a lot of questions, then gives him a shovel, telling him a lot of mixed up information. Jasper, who is quite confused takes the shovel and keeps it.

He later trades it to Henry for a bottle of chocolate milk.

Although he did work at Wish House, he was not involved in the cult. In fact he though it was creepy; he only stayed there to live out his sadistic fantasies. His murder theme is 'Watchfulness.'

We assume he was really skinned because of the excess blood in Richard's Apartment and the tape we find there, but that is just a misconception brought on by Walter. When Walter had visited the apartments on that day, he only saw the blood on the resident's clothes and overheard what had happened. Being only six, he assumed that they had really meant that the man was skinned, even though he had only been beaten up.

When we see the blood in Richard's room, it is only there because that is how Walter pictured it.

She had met him in the Subway. Her mother called him a dirty bum, but Eileen, being a small child at the time, felt compassion towards him and gave him the shabby doll. Walter will later give this doll to you as a sign that he is giving up his one precious memory. He knows he must do this or he will not be able to kill Eileen and complete the ritual.

It is usually drawn in red of white, but if it is done in blue, then it is taken as an insult to god. The Halo of the Sun is also used as the save point in "Silent Hill 3."
